Event:
After all the Inner Group’s members are focused on being present, the Christ of God stands forth in the Group and in each one of us. It is the experience of our Sonship with the Transcendental Presence.
Dialogue:
It begins with a question about the nature of “empowerment” and how to empower the externalizing Disciples and goodwill servers. From several foci of consciousness the following thoughts are shared:
1. In reality, there is not such a thing as ‘empowerment’ and ‘the need for empowerment’ because this question assumes that each human being and all other beings in Creation have to do something to gain power. This is an illusion. As much as we all move and live in the Ocean of Infinite Love, we need to acknowledge that this Ocean is also boundless Livingness and Power and that we are made of this.
However, because human beings dwell (in consciousness) in the illusion of limitation and powerlessness, let’s consider avenues to overcome this illusion.
Above all, empowerment — or the awareness of having power to accomplish something — has to do with the Life aspect in each individualized “fragment” of the One Source. It does not, therefore, depend on one’s capacity to love or to be intelligently active. This explains why many Disciples, even though they are examples of Love and Intelligence, many times feel powerless to move their service activities forward. What is it then that is lacking in them?
Power is all around us and within us, and empowerment is the result of a firm realization in consciousness of one’s integral connection with the One Life. First Ray monads, souls and personalities are subconsciously aware of this connectedness and act upon it spontaneously and without thinking, and their expression is full of Power. Other Ray monads, souls and personalities do not have this unconscious awareness of Power, though their subconscious is aware of other Divine Qualities and their spontaneous expressions are full of one of these other Qualities.
The key is to realize, consciously, that one is inalienably and intimately connected to the One Life regardless of one’s expressions through form. Efforts to sense this connectedness open the gates, so to speak, for a transformation of one’s subconscious by the supra-conscious — the subconscious is the identity of substance, while the supra-conscious is the identity of the monad. Since our daily waking consciousness is the result of the relation between these two aspects of consciousness, the progressive transformation of their polarity into oneness results in a transformation of one’s daily waking consciousness.
So, it goes like this: The more at-one one feels with the One Life, the more one’s supra-conscious flows into the subconscious making it “in its own image” and, as a result, the more one’s waking consciousness operates with a logic of mastership and creative power. In this logic of consciousness there are not negatives, lacks, wants, limitations and all those things so common to the human experience.
Seek then, above all, the realization of your essential oneness with the One Life.
2. In your group work as externalizing Disciples you are the equivalence of the waking consciousness, while the Ashram corresponds to the supra-conscious, and the many goodwill groups correspond to the subconscious — through this trinity the Living Light is destined to flow and transform the Heavens and the Earth. You then need to fulfill your role of holding the awareness of oneness with the One Life present both in the Ashram and in the many goodwill groups.
Think this through because it contains the technique for you to contribute to the empowerment of the many groups of goodwill. It also tells you that it is not the role of the externalizing Disciples to focus on seeking their own empowerment and illumination. Their empowerment and illumination will come as a by-product of their work to facilitate the empowerment of the many groups of goodwill within humanity.
3. The realization of empowerment and mastership comes to one’s consciousness when one succeeds in placing one’s core identity on a nodal point in Space.
Nodal points in Space are located in a certain order and grid pattern, so to speak. For the consciousness they are places of rest, yet they are the entrance of Pure Life — Purposeful Will Power — from the unmanifested to the manifested. The so-called “jewel” at the center of the human soul is one of these nodal points in Space, a major one with multidimensional penetration. Likewise, the so-called “permanent atom” of each one of the three bodies of the human personality is a nodal point but with power limited to the plane on which it is located.
Expression such as… “being in the stream of Life Abundant”, or “being in the flow of the One Life”, or “being Purpose itself”… all of them refer to the relocation of one’s core identity to a nodal point in Space; specifically, the nodal point that the jewel of the soul is. But, how does one do this?
It is about a movement in consciousness until one’s conscious awareness matches or synchronizes with the particular state of consciousness that a nodal point is. As you can imagine, one’s conscious awareness needs to become one-pointed to achieve this synchronization with a nodal point. Paradoxically, this one-pointed awareness is somewhat dual. On one side, there is a surrendering of one’s will to the One Will. On the other side, there is an embrace of the reality of the omnipresence of the One Life.
4. You may have noticed that lately, through these communions, the Inner Group keeps emphasizing the need for the externalizing Disciples to make more and more efforts to realize and experience their oneness with the One Life. This is vitally necessary not just for energizing the fronts of service of the Ashram, but also because the times are pressing. Disciples need to finish learning to stand unaffected in the midst of the changes taking place at the mental, astral and physical levels and be distributors of Life, Love and Light.
By all means, follow your hearts and inspiration. By all means, plan and work to externalize the state of consciousness of synthesis and to facilitate their assimilation by others. But at the center of all these efforts, invoke the realization of the oneness with the One Life. We support you in your service endeavors, and we are assisting you by surrounding you with the state of consciousness of Oneness.
You are us… we are you… we are the Son of God.
